About Weber Hollow Homestead

Hi, my name is Jen!

​

My fiance, Austin, and I had a crazy dream to pack up our things, buy a farm in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin, and start a new journey.

​

We are building a farm business for pastured meat chickens and ducks, pastured chicken and duck eggs, and grass-fed Highland beef.

​

My goal is to connect people to their food, promote the food movement, and educate people as much as I can!

​

To help young farmers gain traction and build their businesses, I have joined up with the Driftless Young Farmers Coaltion, which is a chapter under the National Young Farmers Coalition, to help young farmers network and build a community.  Click below to find out more!
